Adele is back!

A great interview in Rollingstone magazine with Adele…

Gorgeous cover from Adele on Rollingstone magazine, made by photographer Theo Wenner. “My career’s not my life,” Adele says. “It’s my hobby.” The singer opens up about her private life, runaway fame and long-awaited new album ’25.’

ince Angelo’s arrival, Adele’s life has been thoroughly domestic — though not, she emphasizes, reclusive: “I’ve been to every fucking park, every shop, every supermarket you could ever imagine.” She’s in a “very serious” relationship with Angelo’s father, Simon Konecki, a bearish 41-year-old investment-banker-turned-philanthropist with a warm smile. She met him just as the 21 phenomenon was peaking. “He’s so supportive,” she says. “And that takes a very big man, because I’m very successful at what I do. My last boyfriend was uncomfortable with how successful I was, and the fact that he had to share me with lots of people.” (She’s referring to the 21 dude, though there was a relationship in between.)

So at age 27, Adele is healthy and settled down, with no vices and enormous responsibility: raising a child, nurturing a career on a global scale. In short, then, no fun at all? She nods, laughing: “I’m no fun at all.”
