Adele Reveals The Truth Behind Her Weight Loss


Adele has given up two big things to make her lifestyle a little bit healthier…


Not only is Adele back with her music, she’s also having a whole new look. I already noticed she looks much better. Not skinny or lost too much weight… no, she looks energetic, she sparkles! A fresh and more healthy look! I must admit… I have always said, if Adele will loose weight, because of a diet…. I will not believe in ‘being yourself in the show business’ anymore. She changed her bad habits into healthy and she lost weight in a natural way.. big applause!

She debuted a brand new bob at the X Factor live shows, but the ‘Hello’ songstress has also been showcasing a new body. Speaking to The Sun about getting into shape, the 27-year-old revealed that she’d cut one specific thing out of her diet: ‘I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day.’
That’s a lot of tea. And a lot of sugar. Very British.
She went on to explain that cutting her intake has also given her a boost of energy, saying, ‘Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever.’
As part of her healthier lifestyle, Adele has also kicked her smoking habit. She revealed: ‘If I’d carried on smoking I’d probably have died from a smoking-related illness and I think that’s really bad.’

And yeahhh… finally she’s got the ‘younger’ look. She always looked way too old for her age. Too classy and not fresh and trendy. Now with the new haircut she looks like a 27 years old woman! Adele, you look amazing!
