Is the fashion industry ready for diversity?

An article on Madison Plus about Ben Berry, the first modelling agency in the world to represent fashion models of all ages, sizes, backgrounds, and abilities. I love their slogan: “a real woman is every woman!” There are a lot of ‘people’ or casting agencies and they also represent real women. But most of the time you don’t see these women in fashion editorials or commercials. An article on Elle Canada: The typical model is size 2, whereas the average woman is size 14.
