In this week’s issue of Dutch magazine Flair there’s an article about diets. Stop shakes and eating only salads! “It’s all about style, not size”. Haha…. do you recognize this quote?? Hmmm… have I inspired them? And of course, I totally agree! Is dieting bad for you? I never talk about this subject on my blog, because I think this is a very personal subject.
My message is: try to live healthy and eat what your body needs. And sometimes eating something sweet or a snack isn’t that wrong. Don’t focus too much on what you eat, don’t let food be a frustration! I am sure, if you feel good and confident… your body will listen to it. Enjoy food in your own way!
