Screw the scale!


Screw the scale! Don’t even bother stepping on it. All the scale has to offer you is a number. That number does not define you. You are so much more!


  • I agree! While we own a scale, I hardly ever use it. If I do weigh myself, it's once or twice a year, to make sure I'm eating the level of calories I should be (not too much or too little). A scale can be used as a helpful tool, if not abused or looked to for motivation (one should exercise and eat healthily because they love their bodies, not because of the number they see on the scale). Many fail to see that the scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your relationship with gravity…that's it!
