Happy to see someone they can identify with.
Gorgeous Tara Lynn in Spanish magazine S Moda. Only a bit sad, why is not wearing that much. Haha… every time there’s a ‘curvy’ model, they are in underwear!
I can’t read Spanish, The Publisized has translated the article.
Tara started modeling at the age of 25, before she started modeling she went to university and worked at a bank. She doesn’t mind taking her clothes of for her work. Tara:“My mom used to work in the garden in a bikini. She didn’t care who would see her like that, she was all about that.
“I like to believe that my pictures are used as an inspiration for girls who struggle with a poor selfimage. It encourages them. I get a lot of messages from girls who tell me that looking at my pictures, or from one of my colleagues, makes them feel better and more secure in their body. They are happy to see someone they can identify with.”
And that’s so great, she is model 175m, size 44 EU, 14 US. Not extreme tall. Tara and I have almost the same sizes. But being taller as her, I look a smaller size. She shows the average size. So a lot of woman can identify themselves with her. I think that’s very important.
Tara believes that the discussion about curves and plus size has changed over the last couple of years: “I think part of the discussion is the evolvement of a new vocabulary around the new diversity when it comes to sizes and models in magazines and advertisements.
